Welcome to Comic Geekspeak. I'm Adam Murdo, and I'm going to be your guide, the DC multiverse, tonight.

And I find myself fervently wishing I had the Adam Murdo's of 51 parallel universes

to back me up here as I gazed down the double barrel of not one but two magnificent

Morrisonian mind bombs tonight. Superman Beyond number two and final crisis number seven.

Okay. Now here's the situation. Now, as many of you already know,

last night we recorded our big

Final Crisis Number 7

wrap-up episode, in which

each of us geeks gave our thoughts and

impressions of that issue

and how well it functions as

the conclusion to this big,

sprawling, mind-expanding series that we know

as Final Crisis.

And then we opened the phone lines to our listeners to find out what they thought.

And we got a lot of good thoughts, a lot of good opinions and interpretations going on

there.

But as time wore on, and we filled up roughly 90 minutes of episode time talking to our listeners and such.

It became obvious to me that there wasn't going to be time for me to do my usual synopsis recap thing of the issue at hand,

Final Crisis Number 7.
