Big, big news for you. This is so exciting. Congratulations. Three years no drinking. Three years drinking no drinking wow made it you made it

i couldn't believe i made it this year i was so close to drinking many a times okay we have

sometimes for fun reasons and then other times for yeah i was planning it planning my escape but you did it I did it grew stronger for it

yes and I made a little post and I appreciate all the listeners that commented or reached out it was so nice

you know how many people I'm so touched by it so many people even from the beginning of me not drinking

said that I was part of like their inspiration for stopping.

I've had so many people say that.

And it just me, it makes it all worth it to me, you know?

Yeah.

It's hard.

It's so fucking hard.

Like I really have been, for some reason this year, I think like I just had a, you know, there's a lot of emotional stuff that happened for me.

So I do think and actually I really feel like I wasn't ever the type of person that relied on

alcohol as a way to like get through hard times. But for some reason like this year, it was just

difficult. I don't really know why, but there was definitely some hard times where I was like,

maybe I just need to do it as like a cry for help or something.

It was like dark times for sure.

But I did it.

And it's good to have those little goalposts because then I feel like it keeps me like accountable I think to like get there.
