I don't know if it's necessarily the worst, but when I, the first time I was ever on

telly, I was doing a paper review on Rise, the ill-fated channel 4 breakfast show.

Yeah.

The one that nobody watched and yet somehow everybody hated.

It was a kind of of it itself.
