Hi, everybody. Welcome to this week's Squiggly Career podcast from Amazing If. I am Helen. I'm one of the co-founders of Amazing If and I'm here as ever with the other co-founder Sarah. Hi, everyone. And this week on the podcast, we're going to be talking about how you can create a vision for your career. And this is a topic that we cover in one of our courses, which is called My Future.

But when we talk about a vision for your future and in the context of kind of your future career,

we don't really believe in these kind of rigid career plans that say what you're going to be

doing, you know, one year, two year, five years

out from now, we're much more in the space of exploring your career possibilities, looking at how

you can use your strengths in different contexts, and kind of just taking a much more explorative

route to your career in the future. But it can be useful to have some kind of vision, because

sometimes I think people can feel a little bit lost

if they've got no idea of what they want to do.

So instead of plans and kind of rigid structures,

we're much more about possibilities and visions

that can motivate and drive you.

I just do. I just like get really stuck into it and I stick loads of quotes everywhere. But I haven't
