it's definitely something that's in my lifestyle. It's a routine. It's a habit. But at the same time,

it took me a while to get here. So it's not like one day I just started working out and I loved

There's a lot of ups and downs in my opinion when it comes to a fitness journey.

So for me, I was a high school athlete.
