Welcome to the Pete and Sebastian show. We're back at Dom's cheese shop. We're doing a new

cast here. We got Dom coming along. We're going to go a real sit-down hang with Dom and eat some of

the food here and knock him back to wine like Charlie Sheen in 1989. So I got to

we're a little buzzed out right now from the wine. But we're going to hydrate

ourselves. Dom has been kind enough to bring us some of the menu items that are on

the menu here at the cheese store of doubly. Wow. Every time I sit down, sip, every

time I sip this wine, it makes me happy. Just to slice that much. I literally feel

like I'm living in Rome getting, I'm tailgating before I fucking, you know, lie

in slaughtering or whatever. The gladiator thing. The gladiator thing. They're doing

in Rome right now. You wouldn't have a good way to go. We got tickets to go see, you

know. So it's taking you back to ancient times. Oh, damn, hanging out. It's good to be hanging out.

Tell me guys, what a wonderful place you have here. I see all these old rich ladies upstairs

buying cheese. You're fucking raking it in, bro. I don't see them all up there.

They keep the air condition run as a family just to keep the cheese cold when they go

into a clothing store next door. So you've been open out for three hours, right? I'm

not happy about it. I'm already happy. Yeah. And then the grand opening, this

guy's in his basement, talking to us, given us some, some salad and sandwiches. But again,

I talked to you about an hour and a half in. Now that's been open three hours. What you're

feeling? What should take? Are you looking at your employees going to that much? What's

happening? What were you up there? Yeah. So we're going to have a meeting after everything,

of course, right? But like, I will say that like I'm very happy. It's busy. It's very busy
