But back to today's episode and I was lucky enough to be joined on stage by Catherine Bigelow,

Noah Oppenheim, Greg Shapiro, Rebecca Ferguson and Volker Bertelman after a screening of Catherine's fantastic new film that you can watch on Netflix right now.

It's called a House of Dynamite.

Told non-chronologically and from multiple perspectives, the narratives follows the responses of different US government and military officials after an unknown adversary

launches a single intercontinental ballistic missile at an unnamed American city. I'm not going

to tell you which one it is because it's part of the brilliant narrative. A house of dynamite is

scored by a friend of the show Volker. So we'll begin with his cue, DefCon 2.

We had to do these like atomic bomb blast drills. And so it stayed with me during the Cold War.
