So I posted in my Facebook group that I was recording Sinmoo podcast episodes for you guys and I needed help on some fresh content. I wanted to know what you were struggling with the most right now.

And Kristen came straight up in that post and said

the courage to just start, and just start was in all capitals and I knew that I was supposed to

record an episode for you because I believe the courage to just start is debilitating the fears that come in,

the thoughts, the confusion, the overwhelm, all the what ifs like. the seems like you should just be able to get there on your own but I remember and

I still am here sometimes when I have to do something new that there's this

constant resistance at this constant like thing that I have to push through and lean into in order to hey just
