co-host Mr Stephen Hackett. Hello Stephen. Hello David. Are you ready for some holidays?

I'm ready or not there here, right? Yeah. All of a sudden. As a friend told me recently I'm

ready for 2020 to be over so that's a step right? Yeah holidays are a step

towards that it's snowing here in Memphis right now which is very strange

just flurries nothing nothing wild. Is that a thing in Memphis? Snow? Not usually. Every couple

years we get a day where we get a couple inches, but even flurries are rare, so it's, my kids think they're going to get out of school tomorrow, but it's like,

y'all are doing school virtually. I think you're still going to have school. Also, it's just flurries.

Yeah, but they do get to have snowball fights. That's kind of fun. I don't think it's even going to be that

much snow. Oh okay well. It just looks pretty but then it melts. Yeah and it's like one of

those communities right where there's like no infrastructure for snow. Oh my gosh.

In the every couple of year situations

where we get an inch and a half or two inches of snow,

everything shuts down.

Because you're right, the city has like a handful

of salt trucks or sand trucks or whatever, like one snow plow.

But two, like the second you're outside the city, I mean Memphis is set in a

very rural environment. I mean I can drive 20 minutes and be in just like hundreds of acres of farmland, right? So a lot of those

places, it's, you know, two lane roads and that sort of thing. And so school buses can't go down them safely, so the

schools close. We're just not cut out for it here. and so the school buses can't go down them safely so the school is closed.
