Hello, friends, and welcome back to the podcast. Today I want to talk about group relationship dynamics.

This has been a big theme coming up with different clients and friends.

So I wanted to dive into the energetics of group dynamics. We see this play out on a large scale

in society. But what I'm really more interested in here is our social circles, our friend groups, our family dynamics,

and I want to talk about the energetics of those and how they can be affecting us. And we'll just

see, you know, what comes up from there. Before I jump into it, a couple of announcements.

I'm very excited because a high 70 energy healing training is open for enrollment right now,

what is a high. A high 70 energy is a form of energy that I personally work with.

The type of energy I use an energy healing session. So for those of you who have been in any of my

containers, whether that has been a master class where I do energy work or if you're in the

channel collective where we do monthly energy work, I'm always using a high. It's what I use

with my clients. It is what I use for myself every single day. It is the energy I work with to support

my physical body, my emotional health, my mental health. It is the energy I use to work on my

business because my approach to my entire life is energy work. There are two different levels to a

high. Level one is if you just want to use this for yourself

in your own life, great for anybody. Level two is if you would like to be able to send this to other

people. So if you want to become an energy healer and use this within your business, or if you want

to be able to send this to family and friends, or just incorporate it as another part of your practice.
