because I used to just drive around with the paper dealer plates on for four years and then turn my car back in

Yeah told everyone to do that. Yeah evidently people started doing that must have figured it out

Now the cops just pull you over with those paper plates and want to know why don't you have your other plates.

How do they know they're not two weeks old? You're waiting for your plates?

I think they

basically just figured out well there's a couple things I think the the DMV

doesn't do anything fast but if there's money to be made from it they can they do it and I think

Gary you got to look it up but out here in California I it seems to me when I bought my first new car, you know, back, you know, I was 32 or something, but I bought my first new car, I seemed to be waited a number of months for those plates to show

not months I and now it's like two weeks later it shows up so what happened was
