Today I'm bringing you another live show recorded last week in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

This one was at the Blue Jay Listening Room.

It's a music venue and bar, perfect for a live podcast.

We invited some of Florida's finest, justin quintal and ricky carroll

justin is a longboard world champ he's an 11-time duct tape invitational winner five-time

u.s open winner and he also holds a world record for catching the largest yellow mouth grouper

ever it's a world record by whoever deems those world records in the fishing world.

So congratulations to Justin.

Ricky Carroll shapes Justin's black rose label and all of his surfboards,

but has a long and storied career of his own, shaping for 52 years.

He's a former pro surfer, was recently inducted

into the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame. He plays in a rock band. He's won three icons of foam,

shape-offs at the boardroom show, and then an additional one, which was the chunk of foam challenge.

He also is the presiding judge at the shape off at Surf Expo every year.

So Ricky is an icon. He has a rich and deep history that we're going to dive into today.
