new book, breathe. So my first question for you today is, many of your famous fights were in

Valletudo, and I'm English, I'm across the pond. It's a terminology I've not heard that much before.

So for people like me or new to jujitsu that haven't heard of Valletudo, how is that different to

other types of martial arts? Valletudo means anything goes, so there's no Holes bar, and basically

is a competition between styles to see who's prevail, you know, to see who's the most effective one.

So it was not a defined rule, it was not a defined set of time or limits or weight divisions or

what you do, you can use headbutts, you can use elbows, you can use knees, you can be on the ground,

you can be standing up. So it's very complex, it's very much anything goes until somebody

surviving the other one be defeated. So this is a very wild perspective in terms of martial arts,

but also give you our awareness of anything possible. So creates a different mentality, not

based on rules, not based on time limits, not based on athleticism or anything like that.
