Summary

How to recover from an emotionally absent mother?

We heard Emma’s story earlier this year and at that time she was experiencing real revelations around her past trauma.  Since then Emma has taken her healing to the next level and has experienced so much growth in these past few months.  Emma speaks about how she never took her trauma seriously.  She made light of things because ‘it wasn’t that bad’.  She came from a good home after all.  She had everything she needed.  Who was she to complain?  If you are on a healing journey, you need to hear what Emma is sharing.  It’s extremely powerful.  (Part 1)
