The Polytheist side says it's the fallen angels who bring the flood because the humans are too noisy and their offspring is too evil.

The fallen angels had the ability to pass on their gifts. There is going to be a destruction like in the beginning.

Genesis 1-1-2, the earth that was in the water and out of the water, which means that the fermanent would have collapsed at some point in time with that destruction by fire,

probably during an angelic rebellion.

The giants were created to ensure humankind didn't reach their destiny.
