about some of the greatest challenges you faced while transitioning from producing to screenwriting and if you have

any advice for people looking to make that leap as well.

I would say there were two aspects, two challenges in that transition. One was external, one was internal. The external one was in general, not everyone, but there's a group of people who really don't want you to make that transition. I went to some labs as a writer and I had people say things to me like,

well you didn't really write this and you know your director really did this right and it was kind of shocking honestly and I really got

set back a little bit that I wasn't being embraced in that role and then I realized
