So here we go. In this episode, I'm going to talk about a training method. We've used for a very

long time at the underground. I really started using it a little bit more lately. It's called

the total repetition method. It's a great method for shocking your body

and even shocking your mind and pushing yourself to get more volume and challenge your body.
