Today, the podcast turns to the Trump administration's interference with the Centers for Disease

Control and Prevention during the pandemic. Congressman Bill Foster, a member of the select

subcommittee on the coronavirus of the House of Representatives, speaks with Dr. Josh Starstein.

They discussed the subcommittee's recent report examining in detail the various ways that the Trump administration undermined the nation's leading public health agency.

Congressman Foster is a Ph.D. physicist who worked at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, giving him a unique vantage point of the intersection of science and politics.
