Hey friends, it's Elise and welcome to another episode of the Revelation Wellness

0:03.9

Podcast where today we are going to do what we do mostly on Mondays and that is

0:09.1

another Reving the Word. But before we get going, if you follow me on Instagram,

0:13.9

maybe you have seen and been following along. For this month and the month of

0:18.1

March, I've been doing Rebel TV for 30 days, which you are all welcome to swipe up

0:23.5

and learn more about Rebel TV, all the good things and challenging my body and

1:33.7

restore and put things back into my body. So doing it before bed has been so

1:38.8

helpful for me. I sleep better. That little blood flow before I go to bed. I do

1:44.1
