here this is your first time on the podcast it's's a pleasure to have you here. Can you tell us what you do, where you live and how you got started doing it?

Sure, yeah. Thanks for having me. I live in Sandpoint, Idaho, which is way up at the top, about an hour from Canada. And I am in the process

of building my own house right now. And Ian actually, I reached out to Ian many months ago for

an energy modeling spreadsheet that he had. And we kind of connected over that. And we've been going

back and forth about that. And so, yeah, just taking advantage of all the resources from you guys

and working on my own house right now. And you're a builder by trade, right? Yes, general contractor.
