Well, as far as health and wellness goes, what I've discovered through my situation, which

we'll get into today over the past week, it's like chopping through a jungle.

I'm riffing it totally, chopping through a jungle with a machete and all the sudden

truly coming across the secret lost city that some people didn't think existed.

And then when you get there, people you know already there and they're going, I couldn't

tell you about it.

You had to find it yourself.

It's unbelievable.
