Nank has almost immediately separated themselves from the rest of the group. You see there was definitely a moment of hesitation in the cockpit before they finally, almost if they were

planning out of their own hands, set down the shield booster for us to add to the ship.

But in the other hand, they're gripping onto this energy core

and walk over to their board that's kind of resting up against the wall and then grab it and

walk into their bedroom in the sleeping chamber and before the vicar could even attempt to get inside
