And that's why I want to share it with you so much so that I don't even, I'm not even

reserving this topic for free for all Friday.

Because sometimes I'm free for all Friday, I'll talk about health advice.

My wife came on and I think I should actually have her back.

A lot of you have said in the comments, we want more Laura Horn.

And that is how I feel as well.

I always want more Laura Horn in my life.

And so we need to have more Laura Horn near on the podcast.

Maybe she'll come back and we can talk about because she's really been my coach right

now helping me through this part of my life and the three things that I'm giving up
