And the topic I want to talk about today, the four stages of decline. You know,

0:40.9

decline, I think, is very misunderstood. Whether it's a decline in your health, your relationships,

0:46.6

your finances, your results that you're getting in your job or in your workplace,

0:52.9

decline begins long before it shows up, long before you

0:56.6

recognize that you've been on this path. And often by the time the results show up, it's been going

1:05.2

on a while. And so there are four stages of decline that you can use as red flags and start to look in areas, again, of finances, relationships, relationships decline, results, health, and start to get a heads up to where, you know what, it hasn't shown up here yet, but I've gotten off track.

2:03.4

all the way to the top and it just plunges down, you feel it. But you see, the danger of

2:09.6

decline is its subtlety. It's kind of sneaky. It's slow. It's this gradual slope. It's this rolling descent.

2:19.3

And just as though, you know, you don't become great in one fell swoop.

2:24.3

It's a lot of little things that get you there. You don't hit bottom

2:28.3

in one fell swoop either. You might think it was, well, that last decision that did me.

2:33.3

And I guarantee you, there are a lot of

2:34.9

things leading up to that last decision that set the stage. So again, this is the danger of decline.
