Hello, shameless mom. Happy Monday. And welcome to our very first episode of our summer series, Lead Like a Mother.

The goal of the summer series is for me to give you bite-sized curriculum delivered each week to help shameless moms like yourself get out of your own way, retrain your brain and lean into leadership in all the areas where

you already are a leader in your life because you are already a leader. And also perhaps in

some new areas where you've been feeling a pull toward leadership. This is going to be a lot of

fun. So every month we'll have a different theme. We will spend each of the weeks of that month

digging into the theme

and you're going to be able to learn a lot as we go and apply it as we go. And I think it'll be a really

fun way for us to work through the summer together. So our theme for June is get out of your own way.

The theme for July is retrain your brain and the theme for August is lean into leadership.

So with all that said,

let's talk about June. So this month, we're going to be talking about getting out of your own way.
