So Florida bands abortion at 15 weeks.

Florida is the latest state to introduce strict limits on abortion.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill banning abortions at the 15 week mark.

So Fox News reporter legislation allows abortions past 15 weeks only in situations involving

a fatal fetal abordinality and makes no exceptions for rape or incest.

The law limits the time and abortion is legal by nine weeks.

As abortions were previously man in the state past 24 weeks,

DeSantis noted that the bill also allocated funding to add the number of infant mortality

review boards across the state. The bill comes as Texas six week abortion man continues to face

scrutiny despite working only to punish those who perform abortions and not the individuals

whom an abortion is performed. The Supreme Court is yet to accept to prevent the Texas

ban from being enforced and it's likely that another look at Roe Versus Wade may be coming
