Jonathan Trigg and we're looking at the Flemish Woffin SS within a year of

Belgium falling to the Germans in 1940, Belgian citizens were volunteering to join the SS,

to fight communism on the newly formed Eastern Front. Thousands volunteered and they suffered very heavy casualties.

Jonathan in his new book Voices of the Flemish Waffin SS has been gathering the stories of these men and women, and what remarkable

stories they are.

I deviled the book in just two evenings.
