What did you think of this week's reading after you come back from the dead?

Of course.

Well, you know, I mean, we made, made some hides.

And then there was an incredibly tense edge of your seat, just masterclass and ratcheting up

tension. Two very different things. It's going to be fun because I think, I think like,

there's going to be basically two different conversations because the two major story movements

here are so different from each other. i totally agree i think the the hides chapter

i mean i you're totally right that the the dandala stuff is some of the most fun tense

interesting moments of this book but i was really like i i found myself studying the hides chapter

more this week because it is it's a little

anomaly right it's this little little thing where we spend page after page of kind of really

intricate discussions of how you skin animals and then tan their hides and then sew the hides

and like it's just really fascinating kind of really in-depth character work here.

Yes.

You know, a mere 50 pages from the climax of the novel.

I feel like a lot of it is really just we're getting to really, really know Susanna better than we ever have before.
