Yeah, I mean, that's pretty impressive, I've got to say, and I love this place, because

I go to Carlisle quite a lot, because everyone should know that this is one of the, one of

the US archives that is well-trodd by people like me, and indeed you, of course, are well-might.

And there you have all the German foreign studies, which is this incredible program, isn't

it, that was done after World War II with these kinds of mid to high-ranking German commanders,

amidst most of the Army, there's a few Lefloff at most of the Army, and just grilling them

at every aspect of the war. I mean, it's incredible series, isn't it?

It's amazing, and sometimes their cells are being bugged and they don't know it, so they'll

say one thing to the interrogators, then say something else, and it's all being recorded.

So it's a wonderful insight into the mindset at the end of World War II.

Yeah, really is. And also there's lots of kind of oral history programs and projects and

stuff like that.

But we're sort of the archive of the US Army, so we have not only papers and archives, but

we have generals when they don't know what to do with their libraries, they come to us,

and it really is a phenomenal facility.

Yeah, really is, and everyone's incredibly helpful there, and you go there and there's

these vast desks that you can sit doing, there's a lovely, kind of, hushed tone you get
