This episode is very personal, and it is the first time that I'm sharing my personal story online. I have been in the online space since 2018, and I have really kept my story to myself. Since then, I have spent years hearing your stories - being inspired, and feeling so much love for all of you. So now, it is time that you hear mine. In today's episode, I go deep into my past. This is where you'll learn about my traumas. There were many, and they cut deep. You'll hear the details of my lowest lows, and trials I'd never wish on anyone. And in the midst of it, you'll know that I've walked through the valley. I've felt the pain. I hold space for the struggle. Hopefully, you feel less alone. I share so you can see that there is hope. That no matter how hard you fall, you can rise. I want to provide evidence that you can reinvent yourself fully - and that you also have the power to do so within yourself. Make sure to sign up for my free trauma series, which is the roadmap for: -Identifying your trauma response -Integrating your psyche -Releasing trauma from the body through simple somatic exercises Click the link here to grab your seat today so you too cause be a self-healer.
