Since the last episode was pretty heavy, decided to go with something a little lighter today i typically

keep a lot of my stress in my upper back and shoulder blades and uh about the last 10 years of my life

my left shoulder blade is now just a perpetual non-pain that is always grinding

and clicking no matter what I do. Massage therapy, I've seen chiropractors, but it just never ends.

Cold days and stressful weeks, of course, make the pain even worse.

And it's something that I don't share with people.

But on today's episode, I'm going to speak with two guests.

Both guests talk about how it sucks not being able to function, not being able to work,

and they strive to be productive

and accomplish day-to-day activities that most of us take for granted.
