that I actually posted on my website now about three weeks ago. And I meant to record it earlier

for those who would rather listen than read, and I've just had a lot

going on, so I haven't been able to. If you've already read my article called The One Big Beautiful Bill isn't as unchristian as everyone seems to think, then you probably don't need to listen to this unless you just want a refresher on it. But I know that a lot of times when it's a fairly long article and written form that people do like to listen. So that's why I wanted to record it.

actively talking about this one big beautiful bill on social media. It feels like it's a little bit

late now to be talking about it on the podcast. But at the same time, really, as you're going to see, my article

wasn't about the specifics of the one big, beautiful bill so much, as it was about the responses

that we were seeing from left-leaning Christians on social media and how they line up with what

the Bible teaches about some of these claims. And so I think this is really

an evergreen topic, even though the specific catalyst for writing it and now speaking about it

was maybe more at a point in time. So with that said, I want to read this to you. I might add a

couple of comments here and there that aren't in the article itself just because I've had a lot of,

I don't know, some people will call nasty grams or hate mail for even writing about this subject.

So I just want to emphasize a few things too as we go through it.

So with that said, let's dig in.

The one big beautiful bill, O B, B, that's how I'm going to refer to it forever more now,

was signed into law earlier this month, so last month, with sweeping changes to taxes,

immigration, defense, energy, health, and more.
