And they're trying to raise awareness of this great screening tool they developed because screening for an eating disorder is the first step in getting treatment.

And often people don't even get screened.

They kind of get missed by their medical providers.

And so, you know, if you think you might have an issue with food, a great first step is to get screened.

To do that, you can go to needawareness.org.

And take a special screening there that they have.

And it really does just take three minutes.

And it can tell you if your relationship to food seems problematic and if maybe you'd benefit from getting help.

It also offers resources for you to find help in your area.

So the National Eating Disorders Association is often the place that I tell people to start if they're looking for treatment.
