I've always had a fascination with golf course architecture as an amateur golfer.

I've always wondered, like, what is it that's in your mind when you're designing something?

And are you a golfer and you're looking at it that way or are you just

looking at it from a real estate perspective? No, I'm a, I'm a golfer. I always have been.

And, you know, it's just a passion of mine, both playing the game and being fortunate enough

to work in the business for so long and be attached with so many great

people.

So it's a little bit of everything for me.
