1:06.1	Hey, Sherry. Hi, Doug. Major changes are coming to Half Moon Key in the Bahamas. What are we going to see?
1:11.7	Yeah, we just learned this through a report from the central bank of the Bahamas that Holland
1:16.5	America and Carnival Corp are in the early planning stages for improvements to this little
1:22.2	small island otherwise known as Little San Salvador.
1:26.4	So apparently, the entity that is called Hale Properties Limited,
1:31.0	Hale, of course being a HAL-Mirical Line, has been approved to expand the existing beach facility,
1:36.3	and the company also plans to construct a cruise pier, say hallelujah, on Half Moonkey,
1:43.3	as well as improve the land side facilities.
1:47.5	So the project is expected to cost about $80 million.
1:51.4	So all we really know for sure is that there's finally going to be a pier and you won't have
1:56.3	to take a tender from the ship to reach the island.
1:59.4	And even better than that, you won't have to worry about the ship not being able to even launch a tender from the ship to reach the island. And even better than that, you won't have to
