In Episode 546: Hunting Legends with Pat Spain we talk to Pat about a lot of his journeys and thoughts on these mysterious legends around the world. He is a wildlife biologist that has an adventurous spirit. This combination allows him to ask the question, "What if" too many legends that others might just disregard as folklore. Pat has laid in a pit with 200,000 snakes, went 1000 feet underwater to see what's down there, and has gone on the hunt for the infamous Loch Ness Monster. We talked about cloning the woolly mammoth and bringing it back to life, giant humans, giant snakes, and hobbits. Pat is a real-life Indiana Jones character that we all deep down inside want to be!

0:00.0	This was all circulating around the base that a giant had to kill but no one was supposed to talk about it.
0:15.0	I saw three long bony fingers, reach up underneath the door, curl up to grab it and then disappear.
0:26.0	When he came over to me, dude, he slithered over to me.
0:36.0	And this giant comes out of the cave and they're all frozen.
0:39.0	And he starts running and firing up this giant.
0:42.0	With a giant move, he's got a spear in one hand and he's running really fast.

1:06.0	I feel something pulling at my leg and I look over and there are two, small, gray, and the key.

1:15.0	And there literally, I'm getting pulled off of that.
1:18.0	I reached my hand in this bush and I touched air, couldn't breathe, and it couldn't move.
1:24.0	Because I know I'm seeing a monster.
