Well, hello there, and welcome to this episode of the Terry Cole show.

Wow, I just had the most fascinating interview with my friend Emily Fletcher, who's someone

who I knew because we were both meditation teachers for a long time, for the last 15

years, 20 years, whatever it is, 15.

And I knew her, through other people, we'd be at events together, but we've been trying

to get around the show.

We'd just keep missing each other, and finally, we recorded it today, and it was so fascinating.

So she's the founder of Ziva, and the creator of the Ziva technique, which is basically

a meditation technique.

She teaches meditation, sacred sexuality, breath work, and embodied manifesting to dramatically

heal stress, and archer you into a life of extraordinary joy, which is amazing.

So we talked quite a bit about sacred sexuality, because this is sort of a newer thing that

she's been talking about, and teaching podcasts called, why isn't everyone doing this?

And she knows she's got very high-profile clients, but what she's talking about now

was so interesting to me, this connection between sacred sexuality and manifesting the

life that you want, like really embodying your dreams, creating them, and working in

conjunction with the universe.

So I loved my conversation with her.
