Music drinking beer is fun, and a beer podcast should be too. So when I went to the store to figure out what we're going to drink today, I had it in my mind that I was going to pick beers for an Octoberfest episode.

Right.

And I was really excited about that because there were a bunch of new breweries that were making October Fest beers.

I really wanted an opportunity to try them, seeing as how I've started to enjoy that style a little bit more.

Now that I'm like this far into my beer drinking career.

When I started picking them out, I got to like the second one.

And then I was like, oh, look, what is this other thing over here? And I started getting distracted from October Fest beers because they all look

like the same fucking shit. The packages all looked like I was grabbing the same beer. So I just

abandoned it. It was just too boring. I literally just picked two October Fest beers and then got distracted.

Are you for real? Like, I was excited that we're going to do a bunch of October 15th.

Did you just now look at the sheet? I did. I handed these out. I didn't look at it.

Yeah, there's two October Fest beers on this thing and the rest of them were like a hazy IPA, hazy IPA, and then like some Firestone Walker thing that look great.
