So, and I so we are dear friends with Karina Dawn of Toned Up and the big silence Karina's been on the pod and her and Katrina.

Her co-founder of Toned Up were on the podcast years ago. We've been on Katrina's podcast. We are on Karina's podcast. And yeah, just dear friends, it's really beautiful to be in Austin again. I am in love again. I'm in love again. Guys, if you're with me, you got to ride the waves. You got to ride my waves. Sometimes a minute. Sometimes I'm not okay. So that's one thing you'll know about me. She's, she ducks me. She's like, I love Austin again. I do. I'm on this boat. I was waiting for Lindsay at Soho.

And I was like, I'm in the pool with a Margarita. What'd you say? I was like, I'm going to wait to see if this is true.

Yeah, I can't wait to see if this is true. Because I'm a fantasy of seeing Kristen a pool of Margarita.

Just like in a ruffle bikini. I'm like, you're relaxing strangers. You're not doing work at Soho House.

100% I was fully doing work. But it was beautiful. So I landed it in Austin and got to go to Soho House for a little bit just to wait for Lindsay.

And they had Sunday service singing. So in Austin at Soho, they have a choir that comes and sings Sunday service songs. It was God.

Just smiling at me. Truly being like Austin does love you. Yeah, that's true.

I was like, whoa, such a sign. Such a sign. It was so beautiful and powerful and yeah, just to be in it, I know every fucking word every song.

I'm like, you're really feeling it. No friends. No one knows me. I would have totally in the back in the corner.

I just cried almost cried. I almost cried talking about and just thinking about it like.

And just it's really beautiful within gospel music, how the energy changes in a room.

Yes. Like music changes any energetic field. But the way that gospel really can bring.

Divine through is just yeah, there's nothing like it. Once you understand that.

Music and the sounds like dub, but really like understand that music is frequency.

And that it could be there. Be high or low. Yes. You can't unknow that. And you always will be able to know which one it is.

Yeah. I've talked about that on my social media. It's like one of the cryptic things I mentioned.
