When you're managing that project, you have to know your numbers.

Can you give us a little bit of background on what Alloy Workshop does and what your role is at L.A.

Yeah. So we're a design build company.

I've been in business since 2007.

I've been with a company for just over two years now, started in an estimating role and have moved into the production manager role within the last six to eight months.

We focus on mostly renovation work, about 90% renovation. We'll do about one new bill the year

and just work with our clients starting to design into construction.

So what was it that brought you to Alloy?

Did you start off?

You said you started off as an estimator.

What was that position like for you to come into there?

Yeah, so it was really giving me a background of the industry.

I had no industry experience prior to coming on with Alloy except for, you know, what I was doing on my own home as I was kicking the tires and learning how to do things.
