Last February, I received a message - that in the future my books would be albums, rather transmissions of frequency.
In June I start coming up with beats and adding my poetry to it, then channeling melodies. I became obsessed with learning everything I could about music production, thus my first few songs including Trust Flow (which already has over 200k streams!) were and eventually had so many songs, I put them together in my debut album, My Body Is An Altar, which releases this Friday!
In this episode, we delve into the depths of inspiration behind the music, the crystallization of this chapter in my life- one of deep introspection, dark femme awakening and voice activation.
