I want to talk about triggers and temptations.

It was actually Hambones idea, and I think it's amazing.

That's a great idea, yeah.

Especially coming off of some holidays.

So let's talk about what they actually mean.

Okay. So I Googled it.

And a temptation is the desire to do something, especially something wrong or unwise.

And I was like, that's, yeah.

Yeah. Yeah.

That's definitely it.

And triggers are especially of something red, seen, or heard, distressing.

And typically as a result of arousing feelings or memories associated

with a particularly traumatic experience.

Interesting.

So a trigger is something you see here or read that triggers nostalgia, essentially, right?

Yeah.

I feel like that word is thrown around a lot.

I know. We're in like

trigger culture. Trigger culture. Triggered. Hmm. I feel like this is like going to be a thinker for me.
