Hi guys, welcome back to the show.

We know we've taken a little bit of a break here

due to summer and mostly work avalanches,

but we are back. Welcome back, Lorian. Yes, welcome back. I'm super excited to see everybody. It's sort of a relief. This feels like, oh, normal. But I don't even know what normal is anymore so let's get into it and we even have Jeff here. I am here I am here I am under slept and thrilled we wrapped this morning at 7 a.m. fighting the sun for a night shot but we got it so I can't wait to catch you guys up
