Robbie Earl and it's another midweek Euro pod where we get to reflect on

UEFA's club competitions in Europa League and of course the Champions League.

We'll get to Europa Games involving Chelsea and Arsenal a little later in the show.

But of course you have to start with the Champions League such an amazing competition and I have to note right now everybody that they're recording this right after the Arsenal game on the Thursday so we don't know the quarterfinal matchups just yet.

Of course that's going to happen on the Friday we'll talk about those and on. on big matchups and the biggest one the one that was tough to court and to be fair I think

did you as well go with the Liverpool victory yeah so others we got wrong this one we got

right what did you think Robin and what sort of

game did you think it was I think first and foremost we've got to put into

context from what Liverpool have done they've they've taken one of the the powerhouses of Europe and

over two legs four clearly deserved to go through. Now I've heard some people be maybe a little bit critical of

some of the football away where it was played or some of the tactics or whatever. I

thought Rob this was an outstanding European night of football.

We know Liverpool can play well on the counter but if they

overplayed if they weren't right and you know what I came away thinking after

first 15 20 minutes or so I thought Brian had a couple of little runs in obviously the atmosphere.

I thought after that the mighty buying Munich were scared of Liverpool.
