Summary
Can you have muscle and participate in endurance events?
Kris had heard many people say that you can't do cardio and build muscle at the same time. He decided to prove them wrong and set out to complete a full IRONMAN while still maintaining his muscle and physique. He documented his six month journey and training regiment in his Man of Iron Video Trainer, but he still had a lot of information to share. This is what inspired his new book, Man of Iron: A World-Class Bodybuilder's Journey to Become an Ironman.
In this episode of the Knowledge and Mileage Podcast, Kris takes a minute to share his story about becoming a hybrid athlete and how increasing his cardio has changed his life.
