Now, the way that I write out my daily to-dos, I talk to you about this,

you have your top 10 goals. Make sure you write them out again today. I write them out every single day.

Stick to the same goals. Don't deviate. Don't dilute. I love you. Don't dilute your goals.

So what I do is I will write out my top 10 goals next to each goal.

I write out one needle moving small needle moving activity that will get me closer to that goal.

So let's say if my goal is to lose a certain amount of weight or to gain a certain amount of muscle,

work out today. Simple. Sweat or stretch. That's what I do in the fit gym. I work out from home. I worked out

this morning. First thing. You guys saw me like my candle. I do the thing in the basement.

It took me 30 minutes. Boom, done. Check into the fit gym. Done. So that's a small thing that that

compounded over time will get me to my goal. Another goal is to finish three books this month. So that's the goal. The daily

to do is to read one to five pages or to listen to an audiobook. So I did that this morning.
