We need to start from a place of knowing that wherever we find ourselves, you have to love yourself

But I think that to do that in a healthy and strong, lasting, powerful way, you actually need to say, okay, I am enough today.

I wanted to be different. All righty. So we are going to touch upon something I think is really important. I guess you do too or we wouldn't be talking about it today.

So I was thinking about this. Instead of like jumping right into what we want to discuss,

So there's nothing really, there's no such thing as good or bad. Would you agree?

Well, on the extremes, there probably is. But for the most part, everything has good and bad in it.

Correct. But many of us grew up learning a very real difference between being good or bad. When we behaved in a way that our parents or authority

figures wanted us to behave, we were called good and we were rewarded. I mean, I lived that

childhood. And I think many out there have. When we misbehaved, we were called bad and we were punished and usually in a way that also felt bad.
