How's it going everybody? Welcome to episode number 54 of Trail Tales. My name is Kyle O'Grady. I'm a through hiker. I am a peak bagger. I'm just a big hiking nerd.

the Appalachian Trail. He's heading southbound. He just crossed into Tennessee a few days ago.

He's at a very interesting point in his through hike because he's come a long way, but he still has enough miles left that the end really isn't in sight yet, I guess. So that's why I think it was so awesome that I was able to talk to him. In this stage of his through hike, we talk about how he's doing physically. We talk about how he's doing mentally.
