and become more. Here is the topic. Celebrate steps. Not just outcomes. Too often we set a goal,

take a deep breath, put our head down, and turn the journey into some kind of joyless

death march. We don't feel good about ourselves. I really feel like we've won until we reach

that destination and achieve that big goal. Now, what's more effective is learning to celebrate the

small wins, the steps throughout the journey, the change in habit, skill, knowledge, mindset,

or other minor improvement or accomplishment

that encourages you, reinforces you, keeps you going a few steps farther so you can reach

the major accomplishment of that desired outcome.

Now, in this way, celebrating steps and not just outcomes actually makes it more likely you

keep moving in the right direction and attain that

essential outcome. You know,
