This week, we're delving into one of my favorite topics: love and relationships. At the end of 2022, I embarked on a new chapter, closing a seven-year relationship and stepping into the unknown.

Now, over a year into this journey, I've learned so much that I want to share with all of you who are navigating the complexities of modern dating- which isn’t for the faint of heart!
